Having an in-depth knowledge of a client's business needs and applying it toward all aspects of their real estate requirements isn’t enough to be successful in today’s competitive real estate market. You have to be partners with your clients and work as hard as they do to meet their goals. You have to be an extension of their business, and that means establishing long-term relationships. That’s why Claudia Hutchinson and Myles Kelley have many clients who they have partnered with for more than 10 years. And that philosophy is the cornerstone of Realty Ventures.
Claudia and Myles bring a wide spectrum of expertise that includes not only tenant representation, but also retail development consulting and leasing.
Major Client Relationships
Circuit City Stores, Office Depot, Ulta Cosmetics, T.G.I. Friday's, Home Depot, 99 Cent Only, La Madeleine, Washington Mutual and Brinker International are some of the nation's leading retailers included in an exclusive group of client relationships.
Development Consulting and Leasing
Among their resume of major retail properties for which they have provided development consulting services and leasing are Overton Park Plaza (455,000 sf), Cooper Street Plaza (235,000 sf), Cooper Street Annex (85,000 sf), Eastchase Market (500,000 sf), Ridgerock Plaza (115,000 sf), Southlake Commons (200,000 sf) and Chapel Hill Specialty Center, a 225,000 sf retail center anchored by the up-scale Central Market.
Before forming Realty Ventures in 2003, Myles and Claudia were with Moody Rambin Interests from 1999 to 2003, and Grubb & Ellis Company from 1984 to 1999. |
